Zeally One hands over the keys

The much-awaited completion of the premium Zeally One development in the heart of Torquay has just been completed, with the keys to the one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, and ground floor office suites being handed over to the owners.

Many purchasers have also had a windfall when the project was originally launched in 2017, according to McCartney Real Estate’s Tim Carson.

“Buyers that signed contracts back in 2017 have seen some terrific growth before taking possession,” Mr Carson said.

“Back then, the generous one-bedroom dwellings started at $425,000 with the two bedders starting at $625,000 and three-bedroom at $1,075,000.

“The end result is fantastic; Spence Construction and the developer have created an exemplary product.

“The ground floor offices suites have been subdivided meaning that the offices are on one title and the apartments on another which has worked out great for the investors.”

Spence Construction project manager David Love said the Zeally One project was a great team effort by everyone.
