Have you tried Mini Golf at The Range @ Curlewis? It is magnificent and suitable for kids and grown-ups too! While you are there, why not challenge yourself to get “goal” on the driving range or hit one of the very noisy gong targets. If you can’t hit a target, tee up a lesson with one of the PGa Pro’s Steve, Ty or Tom.

Sunday February 11: Mixed Stableford: 33 Players – Marty Chaffey (7) won on countback with 41 from dan Milton (29) 41.

Monday February 12: Men stableford: 55 Players – Philip Bee (17) also won on countback with 42 from Bob Craig (32) 42.

Women: 30 Players – Barb sims (22) won by 6 with 40 from Jay Magee (14) 34.

nTP: 8th – sam Loftus, 17th – Jo Ludowyk, Golden shot on 17th – Jo Ludowyk ($64).

Tuesday February 13: Women 9 Holes Stableford: (Front 9): 47 Players – Kay Bowman (25) had a great 9 with 23 to outgun Pat Malloch (16) 22.

Wednesday February 14: Men 2 Person Stableford aggregate: 102 Players: Gale-force winds deterred a lot of golfers. Wayne Closter and Cecil Harris weren’t complaining though with their score of 77. Next best were Chris Henderson and Peter Featherston on 74.

Thursday February 15: Women stroke: 72 Players – a Grade: Maxine Noske (19) was a winner by 3 with 70; Jenny Travers (15) 73. B Grade: sandy shaw (27) also shot 70; Thais Colbert (21) 72. C Grade: Judy Hocking (28) 73 countback from Trish Danaher (28) 73.

NTP: 4th – Denise Kelly, 8th – Anne Howard, (Pizza On Madeley), 13th – Kathleen Cummings (yes said The seal Wine), 17th – Anne Howard & Golden shot on 17th – Anne Howard ($59).

Saturday February 17: Men Stableford: 167 Players: Great weather and a magnificent looking course led to many amazing scores. a Grade – Col Gannon (7) won by 1 with 42 from Derek Kaye (10) 41 countback. B Grade: Eddie Koszela (14) went one better with 43 and also won by 1 from John donlen (13) 42. C Grade: Jeff Salmon (19) had the Round of the Day with 46; Doug Howes (20) 40. D Grade: Graeme Fleet (22) won by 3 with a great score of 44. Next best was Scott Trent (23) 41 countback.

Women: 27 Players – Pam Roberts (18) shone with 39 from anne davey (25) 37.
