If there is a wash-out in Rounds 1, 2 and 3, matches are to be played on the following Tuesday. If no play is possible on the second Tuesday, a coin toss will decide which team is to advance.
The GCA must abandon a round no later than 30 minutes before play starts, eg. 4.30pm.
A toss of the coin decides the winner when clubs are in attendance and no play is possible – for example, the match has started and has not reached the 5 over completion stage in the second inning. This will also apply to the Semi-Final matches if no play is possible.
The 16 teams in Round 2 will be drawn on November 15, the eight teams in Round 3 will be drawn on December 12, and the four-teams in the Semi-Final will be drawn on January 17, with the final two teams (the winners of their respective Semi-Finals) to play in the Grand Final on Australia Day at an independent venue to be confirmed.
