SURFCOASTERS TO PLAY AT HOME

THE Surfcoast Basketball Club’s under 14 boys side are playing this Friday night at Surf Coast Secondary College at 7.40pm. Led by coaches Gary Taylor and Greg O’Neil, the under 14 boys representative team have made it through the grading rounds over the past four months to make the VJBL 4 division in the State League, which is a massive achievement in their first year. “It would be great to see a strong local support for the boys this Friday night,” Mr Taylor said. “It is a great opportunity in our own backyard to get down to Surf Coast Secondary and support your local Surf Coast team… you will be pleasantly surprised how highly talented this level of basketball is.”
