SURFING Victoria has released its 2026 state titles calendar, unveiling a full season of shortboard, longboard, stand up paddleboarding, and the introduction of a new under-21 competition.
The Under 21 Victorian State Titles will debut at Jan Juc on May 17, providing a pathway to the new under-21 division at this year’s Australian Surf Championships.
The competitive season opens with the Victorian Junior Surfing Titles at Bells Beach on January 31 and February 1, followed by the Woorangalook Victorian Koori Titles at Urquharts Bluff on February 7 and February 8.
The Rip Curl Pro Trials and Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach return to the Surf Coast in late March.
The region will then host five state titles events through May, before the Victorian Classic (Open Titles) concludes the year on October 17 and October 18.
Surfing Victoria chief executive, Adam Robertson, said the organisation was looking forward to another strong season.
“State titles underpin the very core of what we do at Surfing Victoria,” he said.
“We have another year of fantastic events offering opportunities for surfers across different disciplines to get involved and progress through to Australian titles and also world tour events.”
Entries for all events are open. Head to surfingvic.com/events
