Redefining women’s healthcare
Dr Niamh Logue and Courtney Weybury co-founded Surf Coast Women's Health Group to deliver collaborative, specialist care for women and girls across the region.
SINCE opening its doors in April 2024, Surf Coast Women’s Health Group has rapidly become one of the Surf Coast’s most impactful healthcare initiatives – not just for its clinical excellence, but for its mission to reshape how women are heard, treated and supported in their health journeys.
What began as a bold idea from two passionate health professionals has blossomed into a thriving, accredited practice that is now welcoming new patients and extending much-needed care to women and girls across the region and state.
The practice was co-founded by Dr Niamh Logue and Courtney Weybury, whose shared vision was born from witnessing too many women fall through the cracks of a fragmented healthcare system.
Both leaders bring deep expertise and personal commitment to the work: Dr Logue as a women’s health GP and advocate, and Courtney as a physiotherapist with a special focus on pelvic and musculoskeletal health.
A defining feature of Surf Coast Women’s Health Group is its multidisciplinary team, which includes GPs, psychologists, gynaecologist, nursing and allied health practitioners working together to provide integrated care under one roof.
This deeply collaborative model where clinicians co-manage care and share clinical insight is increasingly recognised as the gold standard in women’s healthcare.

The Surf Coast Women’s Health Group quickly made its mark on the community, winning Business of the Year at the 2024 Torquay Business Awards, just months after opening, followed by Best Emerging Business in the Geelong Business Excellence Awards in 2025.
These awards celebrated the clinic’s innovative model, rapid growth, its culture and genuine impact in addressing a long-identified gap in women’s health services on the Surf Coast.
But beyond accolades, the group is equally committed to conversation and community.
In addition to clinical services, they have spearheaded initiatives such as the Women Out Loud event series and podcast, designed to break down stigma around topics such as menstruation, menopause, pelvic health and emotional wellbeing.
These platforms foster education, empower women to ask questions and normalise discussions that have historically been sidelined in mainstream healthcare.
At its core, Surf Coast Women’s Health Group is about partnership: between practitioner and patient, between disciplines, and within the broader Surf Coast community.
Whether someone is seeking a first-ever consultation for a nagging concern or looking for continuity of care through life’s transitions, Surf Coast Women’s Health Group continues to welcome new patients, continuing its commitment to accessible, collaborative care for women across the region and throughout Victoria.
