Photo: AMBULANCE VICTORIA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Local crews continued to operate out of the Ocean Grove Ambulance Station throughout construction.<\/p>\n<p>Bellarine MP Alison Marchant last week celebrated the completion of the station upgrades, which were pledged by Labor ahead of the 2019 state poll.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The upgrades at this station will assist our world-class local paramedics to deliver incredible care across the Bellarine Peninsula,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>The Ocean Grove station is one of 46 new or upgraded ambulance stations delivered through a $280 million funding package from the state government aimed at providing better working conditions for paramedics and emergency care closer to home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAJOR improvements to the Ocean Grove Ambulance Station are now complete, giving local paramedics the modern facilities needed to respond\u00a0to emergencies.
