I just want to build that in their life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gather&#8217;s green interior provides a soft mellow vibe sure to fit any occasion, whether it&#8217;s working away from home, or catching up for a friendly coffee with a mate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s been about seven weeks since we got permits, and the fit out happened really fast!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/05\/IMG_1228_15468.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hundreds of people have already flocked to check out the new caf\u00e9.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m so stoked with how it turned out. I&#8217;ve done everything myself by the licensed trades.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He said the first week of trading was mind-blowing, with the community&#8217;s response being nothing but heartwarming.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There was about 100 people out the front at all times, it was absolute chaos!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We were only open for four hours, but we had people from Phillip Island and everywhere come to check it out.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I expected it to be quite slow at the start, but the community have just been epic straight away.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve had such a cool sense of building community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gather is using Common Folk, a Mornington Peninsula based roastery, as its coffee merchant.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/05\/IMG_1255_15450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gather is using Common Folk as its coffee merchant.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Their coffee is super delicious, but they are super ethical as well. They pay their farmers over in Africa and Brazil super well,&#8221; Braun said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;ve got no coffee on this side of Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;ve been very supportive of me and excited for me.
