PORTARLINGTON Football Netball Club\u2019s annual Ladies\u2019 Day held at the weekend raised more than $3,500 for the Bellarine Salvos Outreach Van.<\/p>\n
More than 80 ladies attended the Floral High Tea on Saturday and were treated to an afternoon of fun and games, and walked away with a few goodies of their own.<\/p>\n
With a large amount of raffle prizes and some auctioned items, the day raised upwards of $3,500.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur club is happy to be able to give back to this cause that helps out those people that you might not realise are in need,\u201d Portarlington Netball president Taryn Laverty said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are so many people at the club that need to be thanked, from those who provided raffle donations and helped set the room up to those who helped cater the function.<\/p>\n
