A NEW space for wellness has landed in Indented Head, as mobile sauna business Hello Sauna creates a warm place by the sea.<\/p>\n

Already operating out of Point Lonsdale, Hello Sauna’s new pop-up location at Batman Park officially opened to the public on Saturday..<\/p>\n

Co-founder Claire Simpson said the new location was chosen because of its surroundings and the special feel it has to offer.<\/p>\n

“It’s a really beautiful, quiet part of the Bellarine and it’s situated right on the water, which is really unique and really special,” she said.<\/p>\n

“Inside the sauna, you’ve got your big glass windows that look out across the bay and you can actually see the Ozone Shipwreck and on a clear day, you can see the city skyline.”<\/p>\n

While Hello Sauna will also remain in Point Lonsdale, its Indented Head location offers their customers a different kind of experience.<\/p>\n

Ms Simpson said the expansion has been the perfect next step for the business and she hopes the community will feel a real connection with nature from the new location.<\/p>\n

When sitting inside the sauna, customers will be able to look out across the bay while taking in the surrounding environment.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Our vision has always been to be able to look out the window and look out over the water, but also be close to it.<\/p>\n

“You can just go straight from the sauna and straight into the water, and it’s just a really exhilarating experience.<\/p>\n

“It’s a chance just to really slow down and connect and experience something new, something that we don’t have here yet in Victoria.”<\/p>\n

With the sauna sitting at 90 degrees, users are encouraged to do 10 to 15 minute sessions before jumping in the water and returning for another round.<\/p>\n

To add to the experience, essential oils such eucalyptus and citrus oils can be added to the steam, creating an additional aroma.<\/p>\n

The pop-up Sauna will be in Indented Head for six weeks.<\/p>\n
