{"id":110835,"date":"2025-10-12T04:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-11T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=110835"},"modified":"2025-10-10T12:04:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T01:04:51","slug":"shaynna-blaze-stars-at-st-leonards-clubhouse-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/news\/shaynna-blaze-stars-at-st-leonards-clubhouse-launch\/","title":{"rendered":"Shaynna Blaze stars at St Leonards clubhouse launch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NOTED interior designer and The Block judge Shaynna Blaze visited the Bellarine on Saturday to help celebrate the opening of the new clubhouse at Lifestyle Communities St Leonards.<\/p>\n<p>Open to the public, the launch was a hub of activity and smiling faces with visitors from near and far stopping by.<\/p>\n<p>Lifestyle Communities presented activities for guests both young and old throughout the day including children&#8217;s face painting, a caricaturist and a gourmet grazing table.<\/p>\n<p>The event drew a crowd of about 300 people, including homeowners, deposit holders\/soon-to-be homeowners, project partners, team members, locals, and people considering making a move to Lifestyle Communities.<\/p>\n<p>The day&#8217;s highlight was the &#8220;In Conversation&#8221; event with Ms Blaze and Lifestyle Communities&#8217; executive general manager of design and construction Fiona Lloyd.<\/p>\n<p>Taking place in the clubhouse, the chat presented valuable insights from some of the best in the industry on the importance of creating an entertainment-friendly space, clever design and its inspiration, along with the influence of colour and texture.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/10\/LCTheShoresPublicOp_63373.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Shaynna Blaze is a noted interior designer and judge on Channel 9 program The Block.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, the audience had the chance to have a chat and take a selfie with the Channel 9 star.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We love seeing Shaynna here at Lifestyle Communities, she truly embodies our value of placing community at the heart of everything we do,&#8221; Ms Lloyd said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Not only is that clear at events such as this, but also beautifully reflected in her understanding and appreciation of the clubhouses we create.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The spaces are designed to foster a sense of connection, and there&#8217;s no better way to do that than by letting the community come and connect with Shaynna face to face.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Features of the clubhouse at Lifestyle Communities St Leonards include a 25m heated indoor\/outdoor pool, a gym, reformer Pilates studio with regular instructor lead sessions, a golf simulator, an indoor and outdoor cinema, and a modern communal dining and lounge area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTED interior designer and The Block judge Shaynna Blaze visited the Bellarine on Saturday to help celebrate the opening of the new clubhouse at Lifestyle Communities St Leonards.
