Located at 62\u201384 Drews Road, the site sits within the approved Marshall Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and benefits from urban growth zoning, enabling a wide range of future uses. With approximately 177m of frontage to Drews Road and direct adjacency to the upgraded Marshall Train Station, the site offers exceptional connectivity and development potential.<\/p>\n

Under the Marshall PSP, the site is formally designated as the future Marshall Town Centre, providing planning certainty and a clear framework for development. The PSP encompasses approximately 123 hectares and will deliver over 1,555 new dwellings, accommodating up to 5,000 residents.<\/p>\n
