{"id":113078,"date":"2025-11-27T04:00:08","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T17:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=113078"},"modified":"2025-11-26T17:00:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T06:00:13","slug":"kane-tripp-take-top-nbff-honours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/news\/kane-tripp-take-top-nbff-honours\/","title":{"rendered":"Kane, Tripp take top NBFF honours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FILM-MAKERS Jeanie Kane and Emma Tripp took top honours at this year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/news\/north-bellarine-film-festival-launches\/\">North Bellarine Film Festival<\/a> (NBFF) Emerging Filmmaker Awards.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony, which took place earlier this month at Portarlington\u2019s Parks Hall, saw Kane presented with the festival\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/living\/film-festival-fosters-local-talent\/\">Emerging Filmmaker Award<\/a> for her film <em>Big Johnny<\/em>, while Tripp received the Emerging Documentary Award for her film <em>Stripped: The Power of Lingerie<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The winners were chosen from a competitive field of finalists who demonstrated excellence, talent and commitment to their craft.
