Observations, notes and updates can then be entered immediately, with the information linking seamlessly to Acredia, the organisation’s comprehensive clinical care platform.<\/p>\n

The benefits of this approach are significant. Real-time data entry increases the accuracy and depth of clinical information, reduces reliance on handwritten notes, and minimises the risk of important details being forgotten or delayed. Importantly, it also changes how carers spend their time.<\/p>\n

By eliminating the need for staff to gather around nurses’ stations at the end of shifts to enter data into desktop computers, Care Direct enables carers to spend more time face-to-face with residents.
