A NEWLY completed home in Warralily Estate is offering buyers the chance to pair coastal living with support for one of the region’s oldest and most recognisable charities.<\/p>\n
The property at 2 Guests Street, Armstrong Creek is the second charity house delivered in partnership with Cottage by the Sea less than 12 months after the project was announced.<\/p>\n
The north-facing four-bedroom house brings together elevated coastal living and a meaningful contribution, with 100 per cent of the sale proceeds to be donated directly to Cottage by the Sea.<\/p>\n
Warralily Estate manager Steve Menegazzo, of Core Projects, said the home appeals to an array of potential buyers.<\/p>\n
“It appeals to a broad demographic of people, whether it’s families or executive people,” he said.<\/p>\n
“It’s got four bedrooms, two living areas. It has a really nice colour palette inside and some really nice features like the sunken lounge, built-in bar area, beautiful stone in the kitchen and nice high ceilings.<\/p>\n
“We just want to find a standout buyer for it to step up and put the last piece of the puzzle together to support Cottage by the Sea.”<\/p>\n
Expressions of interest are open, with the house for sale by the set date of 11 May.<\/p>\n
Menegazzo said the property is even nicer in person than the photos show.<\/p>\n
“The pictures of the property are beautiful and the styling, everything about it just is first class,” Menegazzo said.<\/p>\n
Cottage by the Sea chief executive Adam Wake said the proceeds of the sale would have a significant impact on vulnerable children.<\/p>\n
“This initiative is about so much more than building and selling a home; it’s about creating opportunities and brighter futures for the children in our care,” Wake said.<\/p>\n
“The funds raised through this partnership directly support programs that give young people the chance to feel safe, supported and inspired.”<\/p>\n
Menegazzo said the completion of the house and it’s forthcoming sale is the work of tireless collaborators.<\/p>\n
“It’s a bit of a collaboration of a lot of different people and different industries in order to help out and see if we can raise some good money for a great cause,” he said.<\/p>\n
“Hopefully someone can fall in love with it and contribute really well to the end result.”<\/p>\n
The property was built by Boutique Homes, of the ABN Group.<\/p>\n
