{"id":12538,"date":"2018-07-11T05:53:18","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T05:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=12538"},"modified":"2018-07-13T02:37:44","modified_gmt":"2018-07-13T02:37:44","slug":"sinclairs-building-concepts-on-a-winner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/real-estate\/sinclairs-building-concepts-on-a-winner\/","title":{"rendered":"Sinclair&#8217;s Building Concepts on a winner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Local Torquay-based builder Sinclair&#8217;s Building Concepts received their first award at the recent Regional Building Awards for their Torquay display home \u201cSkye\u201d, which was their first ever award entry.<\/p>\n<p>Sinclair\u2019s Building Concepts, which also trades as Sinclair Homes, is a local construction company specialising in custom homes that are known for never compromising on quality, using only the best local trades and suppliers to produce spectacular finishes through an easy build process.<\/p>\n<p>MBAV Judges noted that director Aaron Sinclair exhibits attributes of an \u201cold school builder in a young man\u2019s body\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe wanted to nominate him for young builder of the year, but they don&#8217;t have a category for this in our region,\u201d the judges said.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron has been working in the building industry all of his working life and after receiving his builders registration in 2012, has never looked back, gaining a great reputation in the field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis award is great recognition for the business and an honour for me and our team,\u201d Aaron said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are also over the moon that our first ever entry into these awards came up a winner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe pride ourselves on our workmanship and attention to detail, which makes us an easy choice for those looking to build their dream home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aaron is a family man with three young girls who he says all of his hard work is for, with the promise that they will be also hard workers one day. Sinclair\u2019s Building Concepts is a small but dedicated team consisting of Aaron and Katie along with two main tradesmen and two apprentices who have been individually chosen for their exceptional skills that best complement the business\u2019 core values.<\/p>\n<p>Their new display home, the Adeline, is opening in Quay 2 on Rosser Boulevard early August.<\/p>\n<p>With a style featuring old fashioned recycled redbrick that meets modern crisp white weatherboards, this is a home that will never date.<\/p>\n<p>The display will be open noon to 5pm seven days a week once completed.
