Following last year\u2019s sell-out success, Terindah Estate will again be hosting their Winter Cooking Class series, led by chef Ivan Roianov.<\/p>\n
The relaxed culinary sessions will span across six Friday evenings throughout July and August as Terindah Estate\u2019s talented chefs cover an alternate theme each week.<\/p>\n
Participants will gain skills andknowledge to last a lifetime; learning cooking secrets from across the globe in an easy to replicate way, with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.<\/p>\n
Techniques such as preparing and cooking seafood, perfecting the art of pasta making, and the secrets to achieving the heartiest comfort food to get you through the winter are only a taste of what will be showcased during the series.<\/p>\n
At the end of each class, guests will enjoy the dishes they prepared at a beautifully presented dinner party with matching Terindah Estate wines, plus the recipes to take home.<\/p>\n
Perfect Pasta Making is scheduled for July 13 (tomorrow), Asian Street Food on July 20, Classic Middle Eastern Cuisine July 27 and American Style BBQ on August 3.<\/p>\n
Finally, a Simple Seafood evening will take place on August 10.<\/p>\n
Classes will take place from 6pm- 9.30pm at Terindah Estate, which is located at 90 McAdams Lane, Bellarine.<\/p>\n
