A CLEARANCE rate of 62 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last weekend and 77 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 400 auctions reported to the REIV, with 246 selling and 154 being passed in, 60 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

20,000 homes have gone to auction this year, led by Craigieburn and Reservoir with more than 300 auctions in each.<\/p>\n
