Hamlan, Geelong\u2019s biggest locally owned and operated builder, is celebrating 35 years of building homes across Geelong and the Surf Coast.<\/p>\n
Hamlan started in Anglesea where it began rebuilding homes after the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires.<\/p>\n
Now, the multi-award winning builder employs more than 50 permanent staff at its head office in Geelong and about 150 local subcontractors.<\/p>\n
Its most recent award win was the 2018 Master Builders \u2013 South West Regional Awards Best Volume Builder Display Home over $500,000 for its \u2018Sabine 344\u2019 display.<\/p>\n
