\nTorquay parkrun turns one this Saturday and is inviting you to get up bright and early to join in the festivities. The beach party parkrun celebrations will see runners don their beachiest attire for cake, fun and frivolity kicking off from 7.30am at Fishermans Beach. Kate Patterson from Torquay parkrun said the event is a free weekly timed 5km event for runners, joggers and walkers; the event has become a regular start to the weekend for many Torquay residents.
