CURVES Drysdale will host a week of health information sessions next month, with all money raised going towards the Bellarine\u2019s disadvantaged.<\/p>\n
During Women\u2019s Health Week, which runs between September 3 and 7, local allied health professionals will offer information to members and their friends, and the local community.<\/p>\n
A pelvic floor physiotherapist, osteopaths, dentist, community health nurse, diabetes educator and dietician will speak during the week-long event.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have formed close relationships with the allied professionals in our area and we are looking forward to offering a week of health information,\u201d owner Andrea Keating said.<\/p>\n
\u201cEvery person who attends will receive a Jean Haile\u2019s goodie bag filled with health information.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ms Keating said she was asking for a gold coin donation to support the local Drysdale Foodbank, which was struggling to keep up with stock for more than 30 families a week. Curves Drysdale will celebrate its 11th birthday on August 27.<\/p>\n
