Bob Dwyer, Carmen Koster and Ray Murphy were runners up after a countback from Graeme Mathias, Mat Stone and Geoff Kendall. Many thanks to our sponsor Tracey Lowry, Anglesea\u2019s local Travel Agent.<\/p>\n<p>The new Monday Jackpot Social Bowls feature got off to a flying start with 40 players lining up. Congratulations to Barry Mason, Geoff Kendall, Dick McDonald and especially to Marilyn Rogers-Wilson, in her first game at the club. The draw did not produce a result, so the big prize jackpots!<\/p>\n<p>Well done to Geoff Collings, John Anderson and Ross Gale who won the day in the internal Pennant Practice match last Saturday. Anglesea looks forward to better weather hosting Geelong Cement in a practice match this Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Austin and Ben Coyle put on an excellent night\u2019s meal and entertainment for the Opening Day dinner, and they are sponsoring a big Grand Final Day at the Club starting with bowls at 10.30am \u2013 open to the community.<\/p>\n<p>With footy food and three TV sets available, the Anglesea Bowling Club will be a great place to settle in and watch the game after the bowls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOWLS SCHEDULE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anyone wanting to try bowls is most welcome to contact the Club.<\/p>\n<p>Regular Bowls: Mondays (12.30pm) and Saturdays (12.30pm).
