WEDNESDAY September 12<\/strong>
\nStableford off the White tees for the Men today. Sixty-six players were in the two graded competition today, with the wind slowly picking up throughout the morning and into the afternoon. In A Grade, it was Richard Hammett [8] handling the conditions the best for the day, finishing up on 37 points, with Peter Cox [9] behind him on 35 points. In B Grade it was a close affair, which ended up as a c\/b win for Kevin Donchi [20] over Geoff King [30] with both competitors scoring 35 points. Nearest to pins on the 5th went to Glen Lochhead (4.20m) and the 13th went to Andrew McCauley (4.20m), with the ball pool running down the line to 32 points.<\/p>\n

Thursday September 13<\/strong>
\nStableford off the Red tees for the Ladies today. Warm, windy day made for interesting conditions. Lisa Reade [22] came out on top with a score of 36 points, with the ball pool running down the line to 34 points. Congratulations to Eva Chappell, who was the nearest to pin on the 7th hole.<\/p>\n

Saturday September 15<\/strong>
\nStableford off the Blue tees today for the Men. Horrendous conditions to play golf, but that didn\u2019t stop some tough (or crazy?) golfers from hitting the course. In a blow out, it was Ivan Kevric [10] who finished on top with 36 points, which is a remarkable effort considering the weather. Runner up was Jason Dowling [16] who closed out his round on 32 points. The ball pool for the day ran down the line to 31 points. Nearest to pins went to Hayden Coles (5th hole, 3.80m), Mike Fleming (7th hole, 3.10m), Ivan Kevric (13th hole, 0.39m) and Steve Troon (17th hole, 1.79m).<\/p>\n

Sunday September 16<\/strong>
\nStableford Medley today, Blue tees for Men and Red tees for Ladies. Cold morning, with the sun slowly revealing itself, and the wind increasing throughout the day. It was Matthew Chalmers (18), taking out the competition with 39 points, followed by Brad Evans (22), who ended their round on 37 points. Ball pool ran down the line to 35 points.<\/p>\n
