THE public trustee for Victoria is offering free wills to all Victorian seniors throughout the month of October.<\/p>\n
State Trustees \u2013 a premier partner of the Victorian Seniors Festival – says it is making this very special, limited time offer because having an up-to-date will is so important for older generations, and price should be no barrier to making a Will.<\/p>\n
All Victorians aged over 60 will be offered a free one-hour will appointment.<\/p>\n
During the appointment an expert will writer will help prepare the will. This offer can be used to prepare a new will or update an existing will.<\/p>\n
In addition, State Trustees are offering a 20 percent discount for wills made by the family and friends of all Victorian seniors.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s time to celebrate the seniors in our community,\u201d State Trustees executive general manager Josie Brown said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve built the country we live in, and they made the home we grew up in. Their legacies have taken a life time to build and deserve to be protected.<\/p>\n
