Theatre 3triple2 Inc is a not for profit, semi-professional theatre company based at the Potato Shed.<\/p>\n
Since being established in 2004, the group has presented a range of opportunities for actors, writers and producers on a number of arts projects on the Bellarine and Greater Geelong area.<\/p>\n
Theatre 3triple2 produces various performances throughout the year \u2013 including regular pantomimes over the school holidays, now totaling more than 300 performances.<\/p>\n
Every June the highlight is the Winter Solstice performances – featuring two original one-act plays written by local playwrights.<\/p>\n
The year culminates with the renowned event 12 x 12 Short Plays.<\/p>\n
This exciting event is performed on December 12 each year and is an opportunity for local playwrights to enter their original plays, which must last no more than 12 minutes.<\/p>\n
The best 12 are performed each year and the audience is invited to vote for their favourite on the night.<\/p>\n
Theatre 3triple2 welcomes new members, experienced or not \u2013 whether as a writer, backstage, tech support or performer.<\/p>\n
There is always something new and something exciting to be involved in that will be both rewarding and challenging.<\/p>\n
