THE Geelong Seniors Festival has been taking place throughout the month, and to celebrate, Pelican Shores is opening its gates and hosting an open day this Saturday (October 27).<\/p>\n
The day will run from 10am-2pm and will be a great opportunity for anyone who is considering downsizing to visit the village and meet with staff and residents.<\/p>\n
There will be a barbecue and entertainment as well as tours of the village and the homes for sale.<\/p>\n
You’ll also have the chance to wander along the waterfront boardwalk and say hi to the resident pelicans and black swans.<\/p>\n
