A clearance rate of 49 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 47 per cent last week and 67 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 921 auctions reported to the REIV, with 450 selling and 471 being passed in, 206 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

This year Greenvale has surpassed its previous auction records on both volume (193) and sales (133) and has achieved a clearance rate of 68.9 percent.<\/p>\n

Hayden Real Estate Torquay sold 14 Grandview Road Torquay at auction for $820,000.<\/p>\n
