AFTER 20 months of renovating, the new Mercedes-Benz Geelong showroom is finally up and running, breathing new life for the internationally recognised three-point star.<\/p>\n
Designed by Geelong architect Colin Watson from Watson Young Architects and constructed by local builders Brian Andrew Master Builders,\u00a0the space now features the latest international corporate livery.<\/p>\n
One of the largest automotive facilities in Australia outside of capital cities, the dealership is hoping the transformation of the showroom will invite people to check out the latest available cars.<\/p>\n
Dealer principal Tony Jennett said his expectations of the finished showroom have well and truly been exceeded.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been a significant project and we are absolutely thrilled with the results,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cCustomer comfort has been a key focus and we represent one of the world\u2019s most prestigious brands. The visitor experience had to match.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe now have the space to properly showcase the ever-expanding range.\u201d<\/p>\n
An official unveiling of the new showroom is scheduled for early next year.<\/p>\n
The dealership is hosting an open day to showcase the space this Saturday December 15.<\/p>\n
All visitors are welcome from 10am-noon for morning tea.<\/p>\n
