THE fifth annual Drysdale RSL Sub-branch Remembrance Day Golf Day was held on recently at the Clifton Springs Golf Club.<\/p>\n
New players registered to compete in this years\u2019\u00a0tournament, which increased the competition and the enjoyment of the day.<\/p>\n
A lovely morning of golf was followed by lunch at the Clifton Springs Golf Club, which was included in the cost of registration.<\/p>\n
Many local businesses donated prizes and vouchers for the raffle, which was drawn after lunch.<\/p>\n
There were many lucky and happy winners who won these prizes.<\/p>\n
\u201cMany thanks to the Clifton Springs Golf Club for providing the beautiful surroundings and great\u00a0weather, and our sincere thanks are extended to these very generous businesses,\u201d spokesperson Andrea Nisbet said.<\/p>\n
\u201cTheir generosity is very much appreciated, and all monies raised from the day go towards assisting our very deserving local veterans.\u201d<\/p>\n
