RECORD crowd numbers converged in Portarlington at the weekend for 29th Annual Bellarine Agricultural Show.<\/p>\n

Held at Portarlington Recreation Reserve on Sunday, one of the highlights was George the Farmer, one of Australia\u2019s most-loved farming characters, as well as the Bellarine Vintage Machinery Group\u2019s featured display, which included international harvesters, tractors, farm equipment and chaff cutting.<\/p>\n

Later in the day the wind sprung up to about 60km per hour, so organisers called the event off a little earlier for safety reasons.<\/p>\n
