As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, At The Heads will present the \u201cSunday Seafood Soiree\u201d this Sunday March 17.<\/p>\n
Join in for an afternoon of local seafood, wine, and music held beside At The Heads on the sand.<\/p>\n
Dishes include carrot cured Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish, pickled and raw carrot, herb cream; Goulburn Valley trout rillet, blini, pickled apple and mustard; crispy Lakes Entrance calamari, lemon myrtle, squid ink aioli; and chilled prawn salad, shellfish mayo, apple, melon, iceberg, horseradish and saltbush ash, just to name a few.<\/p>\n
Wines will include the N.V Oakdene, 2017 Pinot Noir and 2018 Oakdene Pinot Gris, and from Blackmans, based in Torquay, Blackmans \u201cBarrel Farm Sour\u201d and Blackmans \u201cErnie Golden Ale\u201d.<\/p>\n
DJ Elliot Creed will provide the music and all attendees should dress to impress (bare feet welcome)!<\/p>\n
