BELLARINE Bayside has been working on a strategy to guide its accommodation and camping business.<\/p>\n
The strategy is a critical piece of work for the Committee of Management, as funds generated from delivering affordable and enjoyable holiday experiences at their Holiday Park and camp grounds are reinvested back into the foreshore reserves and assets, and our camping operations.<\/p>\n
A key initiative is to increase their marketing and packaging capability including moving to online bookings.<\/p>\n
Bellarine Bayside chief executive officer John Nankervis said the strategy, which had been prepared in consultation with its partners, community and campers, provided them with a plan that aimed to achieve long-term financial sustainability.<\/p>\n
The finalised strategy has been summarised in a public information brochure, which is available from bellarinebayside.com.au.<\/p>\n
