THE Bellarine Railway will be holding its annual fundraising trips on Good Friday to help raise much-needed funds for the Royal Children\u2019s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.<\/p>\n
Visit the Queenscliff Station on Friday April 19 and take a scenic train ride along Swan Bay to Lakers Siding and return.<\/p>\n
The train will depart Queenscliff Station on the hour from 11am until 3pm, and each return trip is 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
Proceeds from the day\u2019s takings will be donated to the Good Friday Appeal.<\/p>\n
The Bellarine Railway is a not-for-profit organisation operated by volunteers whose objective is to bring the heritage railway experience to people of all ages throughout Victoria.<\/p>\n
It is one of the largest tourist attractions on the Bellarine and relies on its experiences and special family events to provide the funding to keep the wheels turning.<\/p>\n
