A SPARKLY Afternoon in Ocean Grove at the weekend raised an impressive $10,000 for the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).<\/p>\n
The Pink Day organised by the Ocean Grove Football Netball Club proved to be a great afternoon.<\/p>\n
And it wouldn\u2019t have been made possible without major sponsors PW Glass Group, One Day Estate and Sinnot Plumbing.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a great day with all the One Day Estate Champagne selling out and The Roberta\u2019s Tasting Table was very popular,\u201d organiser Megan McKnight said.<\/p>\n
\u201cMany ladies took home wonderful prizes donated by our girls\u2019 football and netball teams, as well as the wider business community.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have been overwhelmed with the generosity and support.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ms McKnight said it was great to see senior netballers wearing the pink dress and the men\u2019s football supporting the day by wearing pink socks.<\/p>\n
