Metricon has again come up trumps at the Master Builders Association of Victoria awards held recently.<\/p>\n
Metricon\u2019s Lawson and Bohemian homes, on display in Ballarat and Torquay respectively, both had a win in their respective categories.<\/p>\n
Held annually, the awards showcase the exceptional craftsmanship and standards of excellence in the residential and construction sectors of the building industry throughout Victoria.<\/p>\n
In the Regional South West category, the Lawson 22Mk2 took out \u2018Best Volume Display Home under $250,000\u2019 and the Bohemian 29 took out \u2018Best Volume Display Home $350,000 – $500,000.\u2019<\/p>\n
Metricon Homes\u2019 Manager, Regional West, Simon Taylor, said at Metricon they have a proud 40-year history of creating homes for Australian families to love where they live.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo receive this continued recognition for our workmanship, design and ongoing dedication to the highest standards on and off the worksite, is a credit to our Regional West team,\u201d Mr Taylor said.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the award-winning home designs, Mr Taylor said both the Bohemian and the Lawson have a smart single level floorplan, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple living spaces.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Bohemian boasts generous living and entertaining spaces, and with the Lawson\u2019s numerous features, including the option to add a leisure room plus outdoor room, both designs have plenty of space for the whole family.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat some people are surprised to learn is that Metricon\u2019s regional teams are comprised of local staff, site managers, service and warranty and trades, which means they too are part of the community where so many people are deciding to build beautiful new homes,\u201d Mr Taylor explained.<\/p>\n
