Local boutique real estate agent One Agency Shaun O\u2019Callaghan has now been renamed One Agency Surf Coast to reflect the agency\u2019s impressive growth over the past three years.<\/p>\n
The business has expanded to now cover areas like Freshwater Creek, Breamlea, Bellbrae, Mount Duneed and Moriac as more vendors from further afield continue to see the benefit of selling through One Agency locally.<\/p>\n
When director Shaun O\u2019Callaghan started the business in 2016, it was just him and his wife Liz working out of their garage with Amanda, who is operations manager.<\/p>\n
Three years on and the team has grown to nine team members located at One Agency Surf Coast\u2019s office at 1A Fischer Street in Torquay.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhile our name has slightly changed, our service hasn\u2019t,\u201d Shaun said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know it\u2019s our high-quality service that has allowed us to grow and we are grateful for all of our clients over the years who have chosen and recommended us.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe now have a team of nine people, each with a particular skill set, that covers the entire marketplace \u2013 from the Surf Coast hinterland through to central Torquay.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe beauty of having an expanded team is that we\u2019re able to provide sellers and buyers with more assistance to help them through the process.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe past three years have gone really fast, and that\u2019s been alongside the huge changes that have taken place across the Surf Coast; the big one being population growth due to the massive appeal of the area from those living outside it.\u201d<\/p>\n
