Locals in the region are encouraged to join the Birregurra community for a jam-packed weekend of affordable family fun with many carnival and market favourites at the Birregurra Festival and Art Show.<\/p>\n
There will be music, delicious food and drinks, incredible art and great activities for all ages.<\/p>\n
Entry to the festival is a gold coin donation, with all the raised proceeds supporting the festival\u2019s sustainability as well as community programs and local community groups.<\/p>\n
This year the Birregurra Primary School is introducing a Kids Fun Carnival as their major fundraiser.<\/p>\n
The carnival area will be a safe and fun enclosed area for the whole family to enjoy, including activities for all ages, both loud and quiet.<\/p>\n
There will be old-fashioned carnival games with prizes, art and craft to make and take home, body art including face glittering, the regular giant jumping slide and a disco tent just to name a few.<\/p>\n
The area includes free play and ticketed activities, with a $5 entry fee including five tickets to spend.<\/p>\n
The Birregurra Primary School is very grateful for their sponsors BMD, Officeworks, 1300 TEMP FENCE, Spotlight and Bunnings.<\/p>\n
The Birregurra Festival and Art Show will run October 14-15 from 10am-4pm.<\/p>\n
Birregurra is a plastic-free town \u2013 visitors will need to bring their own carry bags. Paper bags are available at the Information Tent.<\/p>\n
