{"id":29327,"date":"2019-12-12T07:00:26","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T21:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=29327"},"modified":"2019-12-11T09:36:53","modified_gmt":"2019-12-10T23:36:53","slug":"my-big-catch-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/sport\/my-big-catch-10\/","title":{"rendered":"My big catch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Boaters to have say on boat ramp managemen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The state government is encouraging boaters and facility managers to visit Better Boating Victoria\u2019s new website to have their say on how recreational boating infrastructure is managed in our bays.<\/p>\n<p>Minister for Fishing and Boating Jaala Pulford said the new website gives the boating community access to the Port Phillip and Western Port Boating Infrastructure Review Discussion Paper.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to make boating across Port Phillip and Western Port bays better for everyone and it\u2019s vital we get feedback from boaters and facility managers to help us improve the way we manage boating infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI encourage boating facility managers and users, as well industry groups, to take part in the consultation and tell us how we can better manage boating infrastructure in our bays.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Discussion Paper has been prepared by Deloitte, who were appointed to undertake the review in September this year.<\/p>\n<p>The feedback received from the discussion paper consultation will inform improvements to boating infrastructure management options.<\/p>\n<p>A summary report outlining the findings from the discussion paper consultation and the next steps in the review will be released early next year.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the Port Phillip and Western Port Boating Infrastructure Review Consultation, head to <a href=\"http:\/\/betterboating.vic.gov.au\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>betterboating.vic.gov.au<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I would also like to remind everyone to keep those photos coming in of your big catch.
