Villawood executive director rory Costelloe last week told the Urban Development Institute of Australia a \u201csense of urgency\u201d among homebuyers was now driving the Armstrong market.<\/p>\n
The September quarter saw Villawood\u2019s Armstrong Mount Duneed sales soar, more than double the September quarter last year and 50 per cent up on June quarter figures.<\/p>\n
Sanctuary is enjoying similar popularity, with September deposits almost doubled those of the month before.<\/p>\n
\u201cSanctuary is a quiet and attractive enclave,\u201d Villawood Properties executive director rory Costelloe said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s no through traffic from the west, there\u2019s the creek to the south and people living there in the future will enjoy a quiet lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Sanctuary tree-change is also being driven by the fact its stages one and 1A titles are now ready, and set to build on.<\/p>\n
