THE demand for quality coastal land continues with another huge land sale success at Seachange Estate St leonards, with 40 lots in the most recent stage in this popular sub-division selling within a few days.<\/p>\n
Last week, Neville Richards Real Estate launched the latest stage being the \u201cPark View Precinct\u201d with the interest being so hot, many groups camped out overnight to secure their choice lot in this most recent stage that consists of 58 lots.<\/p>\n
over 120 lots have now sold since the Seachange re-release mid-year, a sales rate which is almost averaging one a day, every day, over that four-month period.<\/p>\n

Selling agent Trevor McManus from Neville Richards Real Estate said that he has been overwhelmed with the response.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe interest is coming from a diverse mix of Melbourne-based buyers who have been attracted to the area,\u201d Mr McManus said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have retirees, holidaymakers, builders, first homebuyers, investors and future permanent residents looking to relocate, who have all contributed toward the demand.<\/p>\n
