Stage one is the development of the Turntable Paddock at Drysdale Railway Station to enhance the site, improve community access, and provide a base for the principal Bellarine Railway service, the award winning train dining experience &#8211; The Q Train.<br \/>\nThe state government grant will support business growth, create jobs and attract more visitors in the years ahead to enjoy the beauty of the Bellarine.<br \/>\nThe funding continues to build on the restoration works done at the Queenscliff Station, ensuring the Bellarine Railway continues its great work for the community. It was established by locals and continues to be managed by local people that bring much benefit to the region.<br \/>\nDrysdale Station is perfectly located beside Lake Lorne. The existing precinct is well presented and attracts a great number of visitors from across the region.<br \/>\nThis project aims to establish Drysdale station as a gateway for <a href=\"http:\/\/bellarinerailway.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">The Bellarine Railway<\/a> at the Geelong end, and turn the railway into a destination for visitors to the region, as well as the local community.<br \/>\n\u201cThe state government recognises the enormous potential for tourism operators on the Bellarine to expand their operations, that\u2019s why
