Twenty-one unique creations of ethical design feature in the National Wool Museum\u2019s We the Makers Design Festival.<\/h3>\n

The Festival includes a designer showcase, which features creations by emerging and professional fashion designers working in ethical and environmentally conscious design.
\nIt is an unmissable exhibition to experience in-person filled with local, interstate and international talent showcasing the original work of makers, designers and artists from across Australia and the world.
\nWe the Makers is also launching an digital exhibition where you can view the collection and vote in the People\u2019s Choice.
\nOn Saturday, June 27, organisers announced two winners who will share the $10,000 grand prize.
\nIt was judged by Kiri Delly, senior manager for College of Design and Social Context from RMIT; Kiri-Mae Sampson, senior project manager at Australian Fashion Council; and Paul McCann. an emerging designer and artist.
\nIn addition the judges awarded a Highly Commended Local Maker prize of $2,000 to assist a local artist.
