OPSM is a global retailer and recognised their best franchisees in Australia and New Zealand at their Franchising Excellence Gala Dinner on Hope Island recently.<\/p>\n

OPSM Waurn Ponds was awarded Excellence in Customer Service among Australian and New Zealand practices.<\/p>\n

The respected accolade is assessed against business growth, customer service, community involvement and franchise citizenship.<\/p>\n

The store\u2019s \u201cNet Promoter Score\u201d (NPS) is 88.<\/p>\n

The NPS is a surveyed index ranging from -100 to 100 that gauges customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.<\/p>\n

Many brands average an NPS score of 50, with higher standards being set by brands such as Apple at 70 and Nordstrom at 75.<\/p>\n
