\u201cIt all works for us, everything is close by, the traffic is great, the beach is just ten minutes away and we have easy access back to Melbourne to see family and friends when we can,\u201d Rob says.<\/p>\n

\u201cNeryl\u2019s parents also live at Warralily, and it\u2019s wonderful to be able to support each other and for our children to have grandparents nearby.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe emerging Town Centre is exciting – all the infrastructure we need is here or going to be here in the future, it\u2019s all great for capital growth too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grange sees the well-established Warralily community extend west across the Surf Coast Highway to prestigious Mount Duneed.<\/p>\n
