{"id":3833,"date":"2017-12-12T07:43:53","date_gmt":"2017-12-12T07:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=3833"},"modified":"2017-12-12T07:43:53","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T07:43:53","slug":"peking-duk-stranger-no","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/living\/peking-duk-stranger-no\/","title":{"rendered":"Peking Duk a stranger no more"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Australian music duo Peking Duk is now a household name after only three years on the music scene and will be performing across all Falls Festival locations from December to January.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crowds can expect high-energy, special effects, spectacular pyrotechnics and special guests during Peking Duk\u2019s live set.<\/p>\n<p>Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles are the names behind the famous duo, known for leaving audiences sweat-soaked, champagne-sprayed and picking bits of confetti out of their hair for days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur first festival experience was back in Lorne in 2013 during the Falls Festival season and we camped too, so it\u2019ll be great to get back there,\u201d Ruben said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe always love to bring special guests up on stage during our set, and we have to keep our cards close to our chest, though, on who they will be; but everyone loves a surprise, right?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The boys are continuing their domination of Australian music with four Aria nominations: Best Dance Release with \u201cStranger\u201d feat. Elliphant, Best Group, Best Live Act and Apple Music Song of The Year with \u201cStranger\u201d feat.
