We have specifically seen growth in the properties priced within the range of $500,000-$700,000.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Hayden Real Estate Leopold office has established strong credibility on the back of some great results, with home owners and investor\u2019s both taking advantage of the suburb\u2019s popularity and improved infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Leopold has seen a median price increase of 19 per cent in the past 24 months.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been exciting to watch Leopold go from strength to strength,\u201d Hugh said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re glad to be a part of the action and help make an impact on the property market in this booming town.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hayden Real Estate senior property manager Jade Stewart said 2017 also proved to be a strong year for the rental growth in Ocean Grove.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA competitive rental market showed a significant increase in the median market rent.
