<\/p>\nLEOPOLD Primary pupils were seeing double last week, well actually more than that, when six different versions of their principal were roaming the school.<\/p>\n
During Heroes and Idols Dress Up Day on Thursday, all five Grade 4 teachers dressed up as Principal Stuart Bott, complete with lifelike masks.<\/p>\n
There was Farmer Bott, Work Bott, Casual Bott, Umpire Bott, Barbecue Bott and Stuart Bott himself.<\/p>\n

Mr Bott said he didn\u2019t have any idea about what the Grade 4 teachers had planned, but said it was a lovely surprise.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was awesome,\u201d he laughed.<\/p>\n
Leopold Primary\u2019s Junior School Council organised the day, with dollar coin donations from each student going to the Billy Bubb fundraiser and Emma Moore\u2019s walk from Leopold to the Royal Children\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n
The dress up day follows the recent Billy\u2019s Day by the Bay \u2013 Fundraiser and Car Show, which was organised by Old Skool Street Cars and Leopold Angling and Aquatic Club, and raised almost $22,000 for Billy Bubb, a 22-year-old man who will never walk again following a motorbike accident.<\/p>\n

While Emma Moore\u2019s son Albie was the inspiration behind a 100km fundraising walk she embarked on, which has raised more than $17,000 for the Royal Children\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n
The mum-of-three left from the Leopold Sportsmans Club on Friday, March 19, and arrived at the hospital the following day, all in support of the RCH\u2019s Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction Service.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe thought it was important to organise this fundraiser to support these people in our community,\u201d Mr Bott said.<\/p>\n
He said other children dressed up as teachers, which was really nice, including a boy in grade three who dressed up as an integration aide.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been a good day,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
