THE Borough of Queenscliffe has adopted a strategy that has the potential for local economic growth.<\/p>\n
At its latest meeting, council unanimously endorsed the Economic Development Strategy for the Borough of Queenscliffe.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe strategy is designed to foster a more diverse, vibrant and sustainable year-round economy for businesses and the wider community in Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale,\u201d mayor Susan Salter said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe strategy is built around our existing strengths to provide a solid foundation for development of local industries and business capacity.<\/p>\n
\u201cInput from the Borough community has been crucial to the success of this project.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cr Salter said council would like to thank everybody who provided ideas and feedback during the creation of the Economic Development Strategy.<\/p>\n
