Prior to the pandemic the 30-voice community also sang at a sell-out unique 3-Choir concert with the Sydney Welsh choir and the Geelong Ladies\u2019 Welsh choir.<\/p>\n
In 2018 they released their second CD Coryule sings Christmas.<\/p>\n
The choir\u2019s performances are currently being enhanced by pianist Ingrid Austin and flautist Bernice Norman, whilst Joy Porter is the musical director.<\/p>\n
Ms Porter is currently encouraging the choir to try a variety of repertoire, with the group working on learning some of their works without scores.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are now in our twelfth year of running and we are constantly trying to learn and work on new performances,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe hope to see many people at the event on June 30 for what will be a great afternoon of promoting a better and more peaceful world.\u201d<\/p>\n
Entry to the Winter Concert is $5 and includes afternoon tea.<\/p>\n
The event will begin at 2pm.<\/p>\n
