graduating piece that involved researching art movements then incorporating their own style to create a skateboard deck design.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Year 6&#8217;s coming in at lunch to work on their own skate deck design has been so rewarding,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>For others it was the act of making marks and being creative that excited them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I love the splashes of colour on my painting,&#8221; foundation student Birdie said.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_60776\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-60776\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-60776\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/10\/In-Article-49.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/10\/In-Article-49.png 600w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/10\/In-Article-49-300x190.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-60776\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Year 1 and 2 students Alby, Peyton and Frankie with their print making works.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For others like year 6 student Jackson, it was a chance to explore his roots.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am the first Cultural Ambassador leader at Ocean Grove Primary School\u2026I wanted to do this design because it links into my heritage,&#8221;
